2023 Walt Disney World Marathon medals revealed

Disney is celebrating 30 years of the Disney World Marathon with a 1990s retro look for the 2023 Walt Disney World Marathon finisher medals.

Featuring six races and three challenges, including the four theme park Walt Disney World Marathon, participants will look forward to lots of fun and excitement and of course, medals. Here’s a look at what’s coming:

Walt Disney World 5K

Starting the race weekend, Pluto joins runners for an exciting event for the Walt Disney World 5K. Runners will be keepin’ things cool on a 3.1-mile course that’s perfect for the entire family to enjoy.

Walt Disney World 10K

Watch out for double trouble as Chip ‘n’ Dale make their way for the Walt Disney World 10K.

Walt Disney World Half Marathon

This year’s race highlights the fine feathered friends, Donald and Daisy Duck. Join these two on a rad 13.1-mile course and bounce to the finish line.

Walt Disney World Marathon

Mickey and Minnie join the runners in celebrating the 30th anniversary of the marathon, this 26.2-mile course goes through all four theme parks.

Goofy Race and a Half Challenge

Runners taking on both the Walt Disney World Half and Full Marathons in a 39.3-mile adventure can do so along with everyone’s pal Goofy during the Goofy Race and a Half Challenge.

Dopey Challenge

Finish all four race events for a total of 48.6 miles and get the Dopey Challenge medal.
