New Guest Experience team will help Disney World guests at Magic Kingdom
Disney World is deploying a new team of cast members at the Magic Kingdom during the next month to help guests make the most of their day. The Guest Experience Team will be roaming the park from Dec. 16 through January, the Orlando Them Park News is reporting.
During this month-long test the team members, who will be wearing blue shirts with the Guest Experience Team logo, will work proactively to assist guests in:
- Booking, modifying and recovering FastPass+ selections
- Navigating the My Disney Experience app
- Deactivating and reactivating MagicBands
- Providing recommendations
- Viewing attraction wait times
- Providing tips on how to best navigate the park

The Guest Experience Team will be roaming the park and can also be found in the following locations until 11 p.m. daily:
- Main Street, U.S.A. – Castle Hub
- Tomorrowland – Near Stitch’s Great Escape
- Fantasyland – Along the castle wall, near Enchanted Tales with Belle
- Frontierland – The porch at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Café
