‘Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond!’ opening June 13 to Animal Kingdom
It’s finally returning. “Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond!” will open June 13 at Animal Kingdom
The newly re-imagined show will have a new script featuring new scenic set pieces and a new LED video wall.
The fish inside the Theater in the Wild tells Nemo’s story in an updated 25-minute show incorporating live performers and puppets, along with many of the songs and production numbers from the original “Finding Nemo: The Musical.”
Working with Pixar Animation Studios, artists and designers at Disney Live Entertainment also developed a new aesthetic for “Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond!” inspired by layered, cut paper sculptures.
The show will be added to the Disney Genie+ list of offerings. You can purchase Disney Genie+ for $15 per person per day and allows guests to skip the line at some attractions and experiences.
