EPCOT Fourth of July fireworks ending returns in 2022

EPCOT will celebrate the Fourth of July this year with a special ending “tag” after “Harmonius,” WDWMagic is reporting.

Walt Disney World did not offer Fourth of July fireworks in 2020 to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.

At Magic Kingdom, “Disney’s Celebrate America! – A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky” is returning as well. Those fireworks will be held at 9:20 p.m. on July 3 and 4.

At EPCOT, it is unknown if the ending will be the same as what was called the “Heartbeat of Freedom” tag that was performed at the end of Illuminations: Reflections of Earth. That included fireworks launched behind the American Adventure, as well as fireworks from the lagoon.

Harmonious is scheduled for 9 p.m. on July 4, 2022.
