Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando at Disney Springs will not charge a resort fee
Construction of the new Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando-Disney Springs Area is nearing completion and a few more specifics about the hotel are being released by the company.
The hotel, which is now accepting reservations for stays starting Oct. 27, 2022, and beyond, will not be charging a resort fee. The resort fee, which is normally $25 plus tax per room per night, will be waived. “This decision aligns with Drury’s commitment to provide its guests with exceptional service and amenities at an honest value,” according to the company.
Some of complimentary hotel amenities include will include hot breakfast, dinnertime snacks and beverages at the 5:30 Kickback, WiFi, and shuttle service to all Disney World theme parks and Disney Springs.
In addition, there will be Starbucks Coffee onsite in the guest Market Place, along with a Pizza Hut Express and two onsite restaurants
Drury Hotels purchased the Best Western Lake Buena Vista site in 2017 and will have doubled the capacity when the hotel is complete. This is Drury’s first Official Walt Disney World Hotel.
