Disney+ Day returning in September prior to D23 Expo 2022

Disney will once again be celebrating the anniversary of the launch of its streaming service Disney+ with a new Disney+ Day 2022 in September.

The celebration will take place on Sept. 8, 2022, as the lead-up to the D23: Expo: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in Anaheim, California taking place Sept. 9-11.

Last year, the streaming service hosted special experience for fans and subscribers and will premiere new content from Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, Disney and National Geographic. Sept. 8 also will include the debut of the all-new live-action “Pinocchio” film.

This is the second Disney+ Day and while no information has been released, we can expect some more in-depth previews on some of the shows that have been announced and a new list of what’s coming in 2023.
