Update: Medals will be available for Springtime Surprise Weekend

Finisher medals will be available for the runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend races that begin tonight.

Disney had initially warned that supply chain issues might have meant the medals did not arrive in time. But now, Disney is saying, “We are pleased to share that our runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend finisher medals have arrived to the Walt Disney World® Resort and will be available to you this weekend!”

The first race begins on tonight, March 31 with the Expedition Everest 5K. This nighttime run also contains a scavenger hunt through Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The Race for the Taste 10K inspired by “Ratatouille” starts off at 5 a.m. on Saturday. And the The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror 10-Mile, begins at at 5 a.m. Sunday
