The new Creations Cafe menu in EPCOT is inspired from cuisines across the globe

The new Connections Café and Eatery fast-casual quick-service restaurant in EPCOT will be opening this spring and Disney is providing a sneak peek of the menu.

Located in the World Celebration area of the theme parks, the new eater gets its inspiration from cuisines from across the globe. tTe purpose of Connections Eatery, according to Disney, is to show how food has the power to bring people together. Once inside, the open kitchens providesa glimpse of the chefs in action as you watch desserts get their finishing touches and witness pizza makers work their magic crafting pizza dough.

Here’s a look at some of the menu items that have been released, the full menu should be coming out soon.

Burgers

Worldwide sandwich selections offer choices for everyone, inculding:

• The French Bistro Burger with caramelized onions, bacon, and brie
• The Southwestern Burger featuring a roasted chipotle-corn salsa and guacamole spread
• The Vietnamese-inspired Banh Mi Burger 
• The Greek-inspired Mediterranean Burger

Lighter Option

• The Niçoise-style Salad is packed with potatoes, white and green beans, and olives drizzled with a delicious Dijon vinaigrette.
• The General Tso Chicken Salad features ingredients like broccoli slaw, red bell pepper, mandarin oranges, and crispy wontons.

Pizza

There will be four pizzas available including:

• The Meatball Pizza 
• The Curry Spice Pizza topped with carrots, potato, peas, and lime “yogurt” puts a new plant-based
• The Pepperoni Pizza with Pepperoni, San Marzano Tomato and Basil Sauce, Mozzarella Blend and Petite Side Salad twist on the classic pizza.

Kids Menu

• The Grilled Chicken Bao 
• Chicken Nuggets Basket 
•  Cheeseburger

Dessert and shakes

• The Liege Waffle made with brioche yeast dough stuffed with pearl sugar and finished with some tasty toppings.
• Mango-Coconut Milk Shake topped off with a pomegranate molasses drizzle for a nice, refreshing beverage.
• The Apple Pie Gelato Shake.

Beverages

Whether you’re interested in an adult beverage or a non-alcoholic one, there are options. Here are two:

• The Watermelon-Mint Agua Fresca is alcohol-free so the whole family can enjoy it together.
• Cucumber and Thai Basil Cooler, a specialty cocktail filled for those over 21.
