runDisney 2022 summer Virtual Series honors ‘Frozen’

“Frozen” is the theme for this year’s runDisney’s Virtual Series of 5K challenges, Disney announced this morning

The virtual series consists of three 5K challenges that you can accomplish on the road, a treadmill, or even heading up the North Mountain. Each event features a unique medal inspired by “Frozen” and if you run all three, you receive a fourth meda.

In addition, a themed bib and an at-home themed kit includes a start line, finish line and mile markers will be available for download. The cost for individual races is $47.97. For all three races, the cost is $159.90 plus tax

Registration opens April 5 for the event. Here are the races and the medals:

runDisney Virtual 5K – The Original Classic must be run from June 1 to Aug. 31, 2022.

runDisney Virtual 5K – The Heroic Sequel must be run from June 1 to Aug. 31, 2022.

runDisney Virtual 5K – The Broadway Hit must be run from June 1 to Aug. 31, 2022

runDisney Virtual Challenge – Complete 3 virtual 5Ks––for a total of 9.3 miles between June 1 to Aug. 31, 2022
