Photos: Baby Nigerian dwarf goats can now be seen at Animal Kingdom
Ever since Nigerian Dwarf goats joined the Kilimajori Safaris in 2020 they have been a favorite of guests as you can watch them on top of the warden’s outpost and trucks. Now, an entire new generation can be see as a number of baby Nigerian Dwarf goats have joined the herd.
These goats are in the last habitat you come across on the safaris.
Originally from Nigeria, the goats are considered to be of high value because of the high protein milk they provide, which is also very sweet.
According to Disney’s Animals, Science and Environment, “The milk they produce is sold in local markets, allowing communities to rely less on wildlife for income.More than just cute, these goats are a great example of how humans and animals can live together in harmony.”
