The latest addition to the parade of merchandise commemorating Disney World’s 50th anniversary continues this week with Dooney & Bourke’s contribution to the castle collection.
These black leather bags—a tote, satchel and crossbody bag—have a repeating allover pattern of the park’s 50th anniversary logo. The print looks pinkish in these photos, but the stamped image iridesces (or is that EARidesces?) in the light, taking on a pale blue-to-purple sheen.
The bags are available online and at Disney Parks, where a passholder exclusive tote also is available (basically identical to the tote shown here, but with the addition of a passholder tag).
Bit of trivia: The Dooney & Bourke logo on the bag notes that the company was founded in 1975, which was four years after Disney World first opened its doors.
