Special ‘Muppets Haunted Mansion’ pre-show coming to Muppet*Vision 3D
In honor of the “Muppets Haunted Mansion” show coming to Disney+ on Oct. 8, there are a number of special things coming to Walt Disney World and Disneyland, including a special pre-show to Muppet*Vision 3-D at Disney World.
The new content will be seen coming starting Oct. 1 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
In addition, available now at PizzeRizzo at Hollywood Studios, there are four different eclairs, some of which were inspired by the Muppets stretching portraits featured in “Muppets Haunted Mansion.”
And, over at the Magic Kingdom, starting Oct. 8 there will be a special Magic Shot at the Disney PhotoPass photographer in front of the Haunted Mansion.
In the new special coming to Disney+, the Great Gonzo, on Halloween night, takes on the greatest challenge of his life by spending one very daring night in the The Haunted Mansion.
Inpired by all four of the iconic Disney Haunted Mansion attractions located across the globe at various Disney Parks, the “Muppets Haunted Mansion” includes many hidden easter eggs for Disney fans and “Muppet-ized” sets and props that help immerse viewers in the storytelling experience.
This marks the Muppets’ first-ever Halloween special and features three new original songs, “Rest In Peace,” “Life Hereafter” and “Tie The Knot Tango”, a star-studded Muppets cast, celebrity cameos, and spooky fun for families to enjoy together.
Disneyland
Currently, at the Magic Key Holder event at Disneyland, Key Holders can find some fun photo opportunities. Starting Oct. 1, there will be additional photo opportunities near the Esplanade. Check out the uniquely themed Honda Ridgeline that is wrapped to resemble the wallpaper designs that were created especially for “Muppets Haunted Mansion.” Honda is the official vehicle of the Disneyland Resort.
Also beginning Oct. 8, you can visit an exhibit with exclusive content from “Muppets Haunted Mansion” inside the Main Street Opera House, near the pre-show area for Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln.
