Photos: Orlando airport dressed up for Disney World’s 50th anniversary

If you’re flying into Orlando for Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary you will get your first taste of the celebration at Orlando International Airport.

The airport makeover has a number of special touches including:

A wide-spanning art installation in the terminal train stations featuring the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection that can be found throughout all four Walt Disney World theme parks.

A photo opportunity with a golden teacup inspired by the famous Mad Tea Party attraction.

EARidescent light patterns engaging passengers as they walk through the airport terminal just outside the Magic of Disney Store in the East Hall.

A 36-foot long video screen showcasing the shimmering EARidescence of the four parks “Beacons of Magic.”

This installation will remain at the airport through March 2022.
