Photos: Disney Fab 50 sculptures start showing up at Magic Kingdom

A day after the final character was named to the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection, the golden statues started showing up around the Magic Kingdom.

The 50 characters chosen represent stories that move people to dream bigger, follow passions and believe in the power of magic, according to Disney. Each character shares in Walt Disney World Resort’s legacy of hope and optimism, where “two tiny wings” become a source of imagination, where sidekicks become heroes and where unlikely duos become the best of friends.

Not all of the characters have been placed around the park yet. These are fun sculptures that will be around for the next 18 months during “The World’s Most Magical Celebration.” These will be great places for photos and selfies. Here’s a look at where you can find the various sculptures:

As you enter Magic Kingdom, make sure you stop at the right side of the square across from Tony’s Town Square Restaurant.

Then walk down to the hub area in front of Cinderella Castle and you will find most of the sculptures.

Starting at the right side in front of the Partners Statue are another fun pair – Pluto and Goofy.

Across from Pluto and Goody toward Tomorrowland is another pair – Dumbo and Timothy Mouse.

Then turn around and go back to the hub and look to the right of Cinderella Castle inside the front turret area and find Gus and Jaq from Cinderella.
