Simba added to Disney Fab 50 Character Collection for 50th anniversary

Another young king is being added to the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection that is coming to Walt Disney World for its 50th anniversary.

L Steven Taylor, who plays Mufasa in “The Lion King” on Broadway, announced Simba will be among the 50 golden statues that will be placed around all four theme parks during the 18-month  “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” that kicks off on Oct. 1.

Simba will be located at Animal Kingdom.

So far 35 characters have been announced. Here’s a look at all of the other characters that have been announced so far:
