Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT will open with a virtual queue
When Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure opens in EPCOT to the general public on Oct. 1, 2021, it will only be accessible via a virtual queue, according to Disney.
There will be no standby line available at the opening. The virtual queue will be limited and subject to availability, similar to the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance virtual queue at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Each guest can enter the virtual queue no more than once per day.
Guests with a valid ticket or pass and theme park reservation who will start their day at EPCOT can access the virtual queue system via the My Disney Experience app and check for an available boarding group starting at 7 a.m. on the day of their park reservation. This can be done before you arrive at the theme park.
If you are unable to join the morning virtual queue opportunity, you may check for an available boarding group starting at 1 p.m. that day after you have entered the park.
Based on Disney and Pixar’s hit film, “Ratatouille,” the attraction will have you shrink down to the scale of a rat for this adventure as you race across Gusteau’s kitchen floor aboard special trackless ride vehicles. You eventually end up in the dining area.
It is unknown if this attraction will be part of the Disney Genie+ service coming in October, or individual attraction choices this fall when Disney Genie debuts.
