Pinocchio is named to Disney Fab 50 Character Collection for the fall

Pinocchio has been officially named to the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection that is coming to Walt Disney World for its 50th anniversary.

Chris Buck, director at Walt Disney Animation Studios, made the announcement on Instagram that Pinocchio will be among the 50 golden statues that will be placed around all four theme parks during the 18-month  “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” that kicks off on Oct. 1.

Pinocchio will be found at the Magic Kingdom.

So far 32 characters have been announced. Here’s a look at all of the characters that have been announced so far:

• Winnie the Pooh and Piglet
• Edna Mode
