Photos: Beauty and the Beast castle refurbishment at Disney World

Now that the large Cinderella Castle has finished its refurbishment for Walt Disney World’s 50th-anniversary celebration kicking off Oct. 1, it’s now time for the smaller castle at Magic Kingdom to get a bit of refreshment.

The Beauty and the Beast Castle atop the Be Our Guest Restaurant is obscured by scaffolding as some painting and other refurbishments appear to be taking place.

In addition to the castle, some work earlier took place on the rock face off the side.
