Abu being added to Disney Fab 50 Character Collection at Disney World

Abu will be one of the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection coming to Walt Disney World for its 50th anniversary.

Michael James Scott, who has portrayed Genie on Broadway’s “Aladdin,” made the announcement on Instagram. Abu will be among the 50 golden statues that will be placed around all four theme parks during the 18-month  “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” that kicks off on Oct. 1.

Abu will be found at the Magic Kingdom.
