Disney World offering ‘hurricane meal kits’ at select resort dining locations
Some Walt Disney World Resort hotels are offering hurricane meal kits at their quick-service restaurants as Tropical Storm Elsa moves toward Florida.
While the current track has the storm moving off the coast of Florida late Tuesday and Wednesday, at least seven resorts are offering what is called “hurricane meal kits” or “meal kits,” according to menus posted online.
The breakfast and lunch kits are served with a meal drink, utensils and condiments.
At this point, these meal kits can be found at:
- The Mara at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
- Beach Club Marketplace at Disney’s Beach Club Resort
- Centertown Market at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort
- Contempo Cafe at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
- Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
- Everything POP! at Disney’s Pop Century Resort
- Capt. Cook’s at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
