Watch ‘A Celebration of Festival of the Lion King’ live on May 15

Disney is again presenting another livestream. This one is the official opening of “A Celebration of Festival of the Lion King” show at Animal Kingdom on Saturday, May 15.

The staging and choreography from the original “Festival of the Lion King” has been updated with safety protocols. Parts of the show have been pared down, specifically the acrobatics and some of the aerial work.

Because physical distancing is still taking place, the opportunity to view “A Celebration of Festival of the Lion King” during a visit to the park will be very limited.

But you will be able to see it during this one-time live stream on May 15 at 12:25 p.m. ET  on the Disney Parks Blog.
