2 Disney World attraction pieces stolen, report states

Thieves have again taken more pieces of Walt Disney World attractions. This time, items from Peter Pan’s Flight and Space Mountain that were in storage are now missing, according to a report in the Orlando Sentinel.

An employee checking inventory at a storage area found a set of sails used in Peter Pan’s Flight and three seats from Space Mountain had disappeared, the newspaper reported.

The items are worth about $20,000, according to a law enforcement report. Disney notified the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

In May , a former Disney World employee was charged with sneaking into the Magic Kingdom and stealing costumes and wigs from the Haunted Mansion.
