The balancing of tickets and park reservations at Walt Disney World is sometimes a difficult thing for guests and Disney to maintain. In an attempt to make sure no park reservations are wasted, Disney is now keeping a sharper eye out if people change their tickets.
The “Disney Park Pass system is used by Walt Disney World Guests to make their theme park reservations, helping to manage attendance in a way that promotes physical distancing. A valid ticket or pass for the same date as the theme park reservation is required in order to make and keep a theme park reservation,” according to Disney.
But what has been happening is that people change their ticket dates due to changes in vacation, but may not be canceling their park reservations. Now, guests will be sent an email notifying them if action is required in order to keep their reservation.
Here’s a look at the latest park reservation availability.
