Topiaries erected, flowers planted as EPCOT readies for flower festival

Disney World has started its preparations for the 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival that begins next month.

Butterfly topiaries have been placed near the Imagination! pavilion and flower beds have already been installed on the shores between Future World and World Showcase.

Walt Disney World will be hosting its Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival from March 3 through July 5, 2021.

Dotting the landscape will be over 40 topiaries and 20 gardens sprinkled around the park, including Mickey, Donald and friends, Remy, Anna & Elsa, Lady & the Tramp, Figment and a host of others. Disney’s Horticulture team is already working on prepping the flowers for the bright blooms that can be seen around the park.

In addition, there will be more than 17 Outdoor Kitchens around the World Showcase, offering a variety of food and beverage.

The springtime scavenger hunt, Spike’s Pollen Nation Exploration, returns. And, of course, there will be specially-themed merchandise.
