The new year is here and while many rides, dining locations and shops are open at Walt Disney World since phased reopening started in July, there are still a number of locations closed, including some favorites.

There are no character meet and greets taking place throughout Walt Disney World, but you can see Disney characters during cavalcades. 

Be aware that some carts, shops and quick service dining might only open on weekends or when there are a lot of crowds.
