A look at the sleeping quarters inside the new Star Wars hotel
The new Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser now under construction outside of Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Disney World is going to provide guests a 2-day, 2-night special Star Wars experience.
Guests will cruise the galaxy in a ship called the Halcyon, known for its impeccable service and exotic destinations. Onboard, you’ll stay in well-appointed cabins, experience onboard dining, make a planet-side excursion to Black Spire Outpost on Batuu and much more.
Now, we are finally getting a look at what one of the finished guest quarters.
Here, you can see in the room, there’s a bed bunkbeds and what looks like datapads next to each bed.
The room has a window that looks out into space. And a large data screen.
Once onboard, guests will interact with characters and become active participants in stories that unfold around them on their galactic journey. The hotel is built near Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and the hotel has “transport” areas, where guests will be taken from the hotel into Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
The ship will be called the Halycon. For the curious, halcyon is defined as characterized by happiness, great success, and prosperity.
