Mickey Mouse character dining to return to Chef Mickey’s in December
Character dining with Mickey Mouse and his friends will be returning for breakfast at Chef Mickey’s in the Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World on Dec. 16, 2020.
Along with the characters, there will be few new dishes on the menu.
The dining experience will look a little different when Chef Mickey and his friends return. You’ll be able to wave at them as they parade through the restaurant. They won’t be signing anything or posing for photos.
Some of the new items on the menu include:
Mickey’s “Celebration” Pancake, featuring whipped cream, celebration sprinkles, shimmering pixie dust and more.
A “Loaded” Potato-Cheese Casserole topped with smoked bacon crumbles and chives.
Goofy’s Banana Bread French Toast combines the flavors of banana bread baked in zesty orange-scented French toast batter, topped with Espresso-mascarpone cream, toasted bananas and chocolate crumbles.
There will also be an all-you-care-to-eat family style feast with those three items and other traditional breakfast favorites.
Reservations for Chef Mickey’s character breakfast will open on Oct. 17, based on availability. In addition, Disney Resort hotel guests can make reservations up to 60 days in advance plus the length of their stay up to 10 days.
