Lokai releases a collection of Avengers bracelets
The latest collectible, stackable bracelets in the Disney universe are simply Marvel-ous. The newest collection from Lokai arrived this week featuring the Avengers, including Black Panther, Captain America, Black Widow, and more.
The Lokai brand started with an inspirational and motivational design: Each bracelet is infused with elements from the highest and lowest points on earth. White beads are infused with water from Mount Everest and black beads are infused with mud from the Dead Sea. The message is that life is a journey and it’s important to find balance between the highs and lows.
The brand has recently branched out into branded designs, including Disney’s Fab Five, Star Wars and, now, Marvel.
We like Lokai bracelets for a few reasons:
- They’re lightweight and comfortable.
- They’re gender-neutral. There isn’t a ton of jewelry for men in the Disneyverse, and what there is tends to be sold at fine-jewelry prices, which brings us to …
- At $22.99 each, they’re not terribly expensive as jewelry goes. And $1 from each Disney Collection Lokai sold goes to Make-A-Wish to help grand the wishes of children with critical illnesses.
- They’re made in the USA.
Lokai bracelets are made of silicon beads and slide on, stretching over the wrist. They are sold by size, from XS (5 1/2″ circumference, which fits children) to XL (7 1/2″, for those with larger wrists). This makes buying one as a gift a little tricky, but Lokai suggests most men would wear a large, and most women would wear medium, or small if they have thin wrists.
