Disney adds sensory-friendly t-shirts for kids
If you have a child with sensory challenges, you know how hard it can be to find clothes that don’t irritate your kiddo with tags or annoying seams. It’s extra hard to tell them they can’t have the same cute Mickey Mouse or Frozen t-shirt their friends have.
Disney is trying to right that wrong with its first line of sensory-friendly t-shirts for kids. These new t-shirts are tagless and feature flat seams, a wide crewneck and soft-to-the-touch material.
Disney dipped a toe into this space with two Halloween designs for kids, which are now on sale, and has followed up with a dozen more character t-shirts, all of which you can see below. Hopefully, there will be many more to come — including some that are specific to the Disney Parks.
