Learn about Toy Story Land at Hollywood Studios in this Disney video

Toy Story Land is one of our favorite places to walk around at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Ths 11-acre land, which opened June 30, 2018,  is designed to make guests feel like they have shrunk to the size of a toy. The setting is Andy’s backyard from Disney-Pixar’s “Toy Story” franchise. Here you find Andy’s toys— Buzz, Woody, Jessie and the gang.

There are some great details in the land, including Andy’s footprint. One footprint is about 25 feet long, or a size 240 shoe.

Disney has released a video where you hear from Pam Rawlins, executive producer for Walt Disney Imagineering, and Roger Gould, creative director for Pixar Animation Studios’ theme park team, as they discuss everything from the land’s creative vision to how they added more “Slinkification” to Slinky Dog Dash.
