Disneyland introduces resort shopping reservations for special items
Disneyland has instituted a new shopping reservation system for special product releases, such as the 65th-anniversary merchandise.
1. Here’s how it works:Check availability for shopping here. Select a shopping window.
2. Arrive during the reservation time at the check-in location at Downtown Disney ESPN Zone. Be prepared to present reservation confirmation, photo ID, and the credit card provided at the time of booking the reservation. Limit one Guest per reservation, and entry to the venue is limited to the Guest with the reservation only.
3. Late arrivals may not be accommodated. Early arrivals will be asked to return within the reservation shopping window.
4. Photo ID Required.
5. Merchandise may be limited and is available while supplies last. Product availability is not guaranteed. Purchases limited to 2 (two) per style per reservation. Availability of product and product selection may differ based on reservation period selected. Reservations are non-transferrable and may not be sold or bartered. All prices, products, information, processes and offerings are subject to restrictions and change or cancellation without notice.
Cancellation policy
A valid accepted credit card number is required at the time of booking a reservation. You must cancel at least one day prior to your reservation to avoid a cancellation fee. If you fail to timely cancel and are a no show, the credit card provided at the time of reservation will be charged $10.00 per reservation.
