Disney combines all its Disney Channel apps into one DisneyNow app
Disney has combined all of its Disney Channel-branded apps and games into one central app called DisneyNow.
The app, which was released Sept. 28, 2017, contains TV series, TV movies and games from the Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior and Radio Disney.
This includes the ability to see full episodes and live stream the Disney Channel, Disney Junior and Disney XD programs once you authenticate participating cable, satellite or digital distributor.
Each user gets to create their own profile with a Disney emoji and then select their favorite programs from the various networks. On return visits, users can select their profile to resume watching where they left off or watch new episodes of their favorite shows.
There are over 100 original Disney Channel original movies.
In addition there are more than 60 games and activities available and new games will be added every month.
DisneyNOW is available on iOS, tvOS, Android/Kindle and Roku. Fire TV, Android TV and the Web will launch in 2018.
