New physical distancing signage, wash stations installed at Disney Springs

New health signage, physical distancing ground signs, wash stations and temperature check tents have been installed all around Disney Springs ahead of tomorrow’s first phase reopening.

The reopening will be the first test of how Disney handles the reopening of a resort on U.S. soil. Disney has already started a first phase reopening of Shanghai Disneyland and are reportedly working with cast members in Hong King Disneyland to reopen shortly.

But this will be the first time Disney is reopening a portion of its resort in the U.S. with temperature checks and face mask requirements. While shopping and retail locations will open (find the complete list here) there is no indication of when the resort hotels and theme parks will reopen.

Let’s take a closer look at what you will see at Disney Springs.

While visiting Disney Springs, guests must maintain physical distancing and those 3 years of age and older must wear a face covering at all times, among other new guidelines.
