My Disney Experience app displays new COVID-19 warning

The next time you open your My Disney Experience app you will most likely be greeted with the new COVID-19 Warning pop-up on your open screen.

The warning alert is another way Disney is trying to teach guests of the new Walt Disney World enhanced safety measures and adds a liability waiver at the end.

The warning reminds all guests that they must follow all of the posted instructions while visiting the resort.

The warning goes on to state that “An inherent risk of exposure of COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID 19 is an extremely contagious diseases that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Walt Disney World Resort, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.”

The pop-up then lets you “Learn More” and sends you to the page on the Disney website explaining all procedures.
