Undercover Orange County inspection teams to review Disney World soon

Orange County strike teams have been inspecting businesses around the county to ensure they are following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines. Now, they will be visiting theme parks, Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings said.

“So far over 3,600, to be precise 3,620, different business sites have been visited,” Demings said during a Monday, Oct. 19, update of the program. The strike teams have been going out for more than two months, Demings said.

“In addition to smaller businesses, the strike teams will be once again visiting major theme parks unannounced very soon” Demings said.

Disney World have implemented numerous safety protocols, including enhanced cleaning, social distancing, reduced contact, face coverings and temperature screenings .
