New wine bar to open at Disney Springs in Disney World in 2017

Master Sommelier George Miliotes, who help develop the California Grill at the Contemporary in Disney World, will be opening a new wine bar at Disney Springs in 2017.

The 210-seat Wine Bar George will open in the fall of 2017 with more than 100 selections both by the bottle and glass, according to the Disney Parks Blog.

There will also be a food menu featuring small plates to complement the wine.

The bar will be located behind Raglan Road and across from the Jock Lindsey‘s Hangar Bar, according to the Orlando Business Journal.

Miliotes is one of just 230 master sommeliers in the world.
