Photos, Video: New Villains’ Cursed Caravan rolls down Magic Kingdom
The newest addition to the Disney Villians After Hours event at the Magic Kingdom this year is the Villains’ Cursed Caravan.
Led by Gaston on horseback, the parade takes two routes during the special ticketed event. There are two parades during the evening. The first parade route begins in Frontierland goes to Cinderella Castle and around the hub before returning to Frontierland.
The second parade again begins in Frontierland and takes the traditional afternoon parade route to the Cinderella Castle and then to the Main Street Train Station.
The parade consists of Gaston, Lady Tremaine, the Queen of Hearts, Cruella deVil, Ursula, Oogie Boogie, The Bowler Hat Guy, Captain Hook, the Big Bad Wolf and finally the Maleficent Dragon from the afternoon parade. One of the disappointing parts of the caravan was that Maleficent did not breathe fire during either parade. Maybe this will change later, but that was one of the highlights from last year’s event.
