Mickey Mouse is sending out ‘Thank You’ messages for staying at Disney World
Mickey Mouse has just gotten a lot busier this year. He will be sending out “thank yous” to those staying Walt Disney World Resort hotels in 2020 with a special code to unlock a little surprise in the Play Disney Parks app.
After your visit, it’s only for those staying 3-nights or longer, you should be getting a special e-mail with a letter thanking you for your stay, Disney announced this morning on the Disney Parks Blog.
In the letter is a QR Code that unlocks a hidden screen in the Play Disney Parks mobile app which brings up a message from Mickey Mouse, who will appear before you through a special augmented reality effect.
Afterward, you’ll also earn an exclusive “Thanks for the Magic” digital achievement in the app. Below is a video from Disney showing how it works.
