Guest Experience Team starting at Epcot on Jan. 26

Disney’s Guest Experience Team will be coming to Epcot starting Jan. 26, 2020 to help guests with a variety of questions.

The team has been operating at the Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom already. Epcot is the last of the theme parks to get the team.

Dressed in blue shirts, the Guest Experience Team is an extension of Guest Relations and can help guests with:

• Navigating the park during the construction
• Booking, modifying and recovering FastPass+ selections
• Using the My Disney Experience app
• Deactivating and reactivating MagicBands
• Help with viewing attraction wait times
• Provide recommendations to guests

The Guest Experience Team will be located in Future World East and Future World West.
