Citricos at Disney’s Grand Floridian to undergo refurbishment

Refurbishment work will continue at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort at Disney World with Citricos being next on the list.

If you remember, last year Mizner’s Lounge was re-imagined into the Enchanted Rose Lounge, a Beauty & the Beast-themed lounge. Starting in February through summer 2020, Citricos restaurant will be refurbished, but this will happen in phases, so the restaurant will remain open.

In February, the bar will close, and the menu at the restaurant will be modified to accommodate changes that will be made to the kitchen.

In May, sections of the dining room will be closed at a time for renovation.

By the summer, all the work is planned to be done. No official announcement has been made on a name or theme change. It appears that this is just to update the facility.
