Special pin trading event coming to Animal Kingdom on Dec. 31
Disney’s Animal Kingdom is offering a special pin trading opportunity to ring in the New Year only on Dec. 31, 2019.
There will be special pin trading boards displaying over 90 pins located throughout Africa, Asia, DinoLand U.S.A. and Discovery Island, Disney announced.
Pins will include Hidden Mickey pins and pins from Disney theme parks from around the world.
You’ll be able to trade for these pins from the displays during the following times only:
- 1 to 2 p.m.
- 2:45 to 3:45 p.m.
- 5:45 to 6:45 p.m.
- 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Here’s the deal, you will only have 1 minute to trade 2 Disney pins off the designated boards.
In addition, there is a special Disney’s Animal Kingdom Limited Edition New Year’s Day Pin – for purchase beginning at 7 p.m. Only 1,000 were produced and to get the opportunity to purchase this you will need to get a numbered wristband at the Discovery Trading Company beginning at 7 a.m. You will only be able to purchase up to 2 of these pins beginning at 7 p.m. also at Discovery Trading Company.
