New Winemaker Dinner Series announced at Disneyland Hotel’s Steakhouse 55

A new wine pairing dinner series is coming to Disneyland Resort’s Steakhouse 55 in 2020.

The Winemaker Dinner Series will offer one-of-a-kind, multi-course menus, paired to selections from wineries on select dates throughout the year. 

The first event on Jan. 15, 2020, features Wente Vineyards, the country’s longest, continuously operated, family-owned winery founded in 1883.  The Wente family has drawn from their California estate vineyards in the Livermore Valley and Arroyo Seco, Monterey appellations to create a portfolio of fine wines.

Steakhouse 55 Chef de Cuisine Marcel St. Pierre has created a menu to complement Wente Vineyards selections for the evening:
