New performances coming to Disney Festival of Holidays at California Adventure

The Disneyland Resort kicks off the holidays with Disney Festival of Holidays starting Nov. 8, 2019, at California Adventure.

The festival combine, music with dance performances, marketplaces, crafts, and Disney characters.

An all-new character celebration, “Mickey’s Happy Holidays” is debuting this year. This twice-daily celebration features high-energy music introducing Disney and Pixar characters. Guests are invited to dance with Mickey Mouse and pals to the rhythms of the Holiday Toy Drummers. This will take place at the Paradise Gardens Park Obelisk and Carthay Circle.

Also new this year, the Holiday Sunset Concerts on the Palisades Stage feature The Suffragettes. This festival cover band rocks the holidays on select nights, with chart-topping hits from some of your favorite musical artists. On other nights, the explosive energy of Phat Cat Swinger, the West Coast’s “Little-Big Band,” will showcase their swinging selection of holiday music, presented with a fresh new twist.

Disney Festival of Holidays starts Nov. 8 and continues through Jan. 6, 2020.
