New mobile Frozen game debuts, might be your new obsession

A new “Disney Frozen Advenutures” mobile matching game from Jam City debuted today with a strong storyline and some cutting edge graphics.

If you’ve been playing your Disney Frozen Freefall game obsessively and have been looking for something new, this game might satisfy you.

Instead of just solving the puzzles to get to the next level and then heading over to decorate Arendelle, this game takes you on an adventure with Elsa, Anna and Olaf. Solving the puzzles gives you snowflakes and money to decorate the area and to explore the surroundings.

Jam City designed the game putting players at “eye-level” within environments to create an immersive point of view rather than looking down at the action. The 3D nature of the game allows players to pan around the room to better explore their surroundings and choose their favorite decorative options.

This game, available today on Android and iOS devices, is also played horizontally, instead of vertically, like many of the other Disney mobile games.

“Disney Frozen Adventures brings beloved characters Elsa, Anna, and Olaf to life in a new journey that allows players to design and explore the world of Arendelle while pushing the boundaries of game design to create a one of a kind adventure,” Chris DeWolfe, co-founder and CEO of Jam City, said in a news release.

To celebrate the new game, Jam City has launched a Nordic Adventures Sweepstakes offering a once-in-a-lifetime adventure in Norway. By playing the game players have a chance to win an Adventures by Disney prize package in Norway for 4 (valued at $37,300) and visit the setting that inspired Frozen in person. Players earn sweepstakes entry tickets by completing match-three levels. The Sweepstake is open from Nov. 14 through Dec. 8, 2019.
