Disney World’s Splash Mountain will close for refurbishment in January

Splash Mountain at Disney World will close for refurbishment for about two months starting in January 2020.

The attraction normally undergoes some annual work and closing it during the winter months makes the most sense.

The ride is expected to close starting Jan. 6, 2020 and is expected to reopen Feb. 28, 2020.

Test Track at Epcot is also expected to go under refurbishment starting in January. You can go here for the updated refurbishment list.
