Fall turns the Disneyland Resort into a Halloween wonderland with overlays of rides and new entertainment.

This September, while the holiday celebration starts, we also so long to a parade and two live entertainment groups.

Here’s a look at what’s happening:

Halloween Time – Sept. 6 – Oct. 31

Halloween Time kicks off around the resort with seasonal attraction overlays at both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, Halloween-themed décor and food and beverage offerings.

Oogie Boogie Bash – Sept. 6 – Oct. 31 on select nights

The Halloween party is moving from Disneyland to Disney California Adventure. The Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party, has exclusive new entertainment, including a the new “World of Color” spectacular – “Villainous!,” an interactive “Descendants”-inspired dance party, a stage show with Mickey Mouse, and a Disney villains walk-through experience.

Plaza de la Familia – Sept. 6 – Nov. 3

In Paradise Gardens Park in Disney California Adventure park, Plaza de la Familia returns for a celebration inspired by the film, “Coco.” This immersive and festive experience celebrates the everlasting bonds of family with “A Musical Celebration of Coco,” craft making, delicious food, interactive experiences and special merchandise.

The Laughing Stock Co. – Last Show Sept. 15

The semi-improvised, interactive comedy group of wild west characters at the Golden Horseshoe in Disneyland will be taking their final bow in mid-September.

Pixarmonic Orchestra – Last Show Sept. 15

This seven-member group, presented by TripleDent Gum from the Pixar film “Inside Out,” will play its last set on Sept. 15. The group performs songs from Pixar movies on Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure.

Main Street Electrical Parade – Last Show Sept. 30

The run ends for the beloved parade that returned for a special limited time. The nighttime spectacle features half-million sparkling lights and “electro-syntho-magnetic musical sounds.” It is taking place nightly through the end of the month.
