First look at Disney Skyliner cast member costumes
The Disney Skyliner, the newest transportation system at Walt Disney World, will open in about a month. Now, Disney is giving us a look at the costumes the cast members will be wearing.

There is a combination of eight colors for the Disney Skyliner cabins, all designed to give the feeling of flight with the Disney Skyliner swoop, Jordan Matthews, an Architect with Walt Disney Imagineering said.
This new costumes are inspired by mid-century modern, 1960s airline travel, she said.
The white lines on the cabin are translated to the costumes and the decision was made to have the men in a tangerine tone and the women in teal, said Josh Winchester, Associate Costume Designer with WDI.
The costumes have moisture-wicking control and venting areas to give airflow. Skyliner is also placed on the armband. The epaulettes give a place to hang walkie-talkies and the buttons on the costume are hidden. The video below gives a closer look.
