Disney to livestream Disney World’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge dedication

Walt Disney World will be holding an official dedication ceremony for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge on Aug. 28, 2019, a day before it opens to the public, and will be streaming it live for all to see.

The 14-acre land took two years to build. One attraction, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run is now open and the second attraction Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance will open on Dec. 5, 2019.

The livestream will be on the Disney Parks Blog starting at 9:55 a.m. on Aug. 28, 2019.
