D23Expo 2019 reservation requests moved to Saturday due to technical issues

Problems with the D23 Expo 2019 online reservation system has forced a 24-hour delay before those going can make advance reservations for sessions, a timed-entry to shop or celebrity signing times.

“We identified an issue with our online reservation system’s ability to identify one of our badge types, and to ensure a seamless process for all of our guests, we have pushed the launch until noon PT tomorrow, Saturday, August 17. We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused. Than you for your patience and understanding,” the statement on the D23 Expo app stated.

Expo goers from around the world were waiting to make advance online reservations for select D23 Expo experiences.

The online reservations are available as follows:

StorePass provides entry at a designated time to shop at either the Disney Dream Store, Disney Store or Mickey’s of Glendale. One reservation can be made per day.

StagePass guarantees entry to select sessions at Hall D23, D23 Expo Arena, Stage 28 and the Walt Disney Archives State. Two StagePasses can be reserved per day.

TalentPass provides reservations for talent photos, signing and other experiences on the show floor. Three of these can be obtained a day.
