How Fourth of July holiday impacts Disney Vacation Club members

Major holidays normally have some impact on Disney Vacation Club Members while certain block out dates are implemented on perks.

Here’s a look at what the 2019 Fourth of July holiday means to DVC members:

DVC MEMBER SERVICES: Member Services, Member Administration and Member Accounting will be closed on Thursday, July 4, 2019, in observance of Independence Day. It will reopen on Friday, July 5, 2019, at 9 a.m. ET. However, the Member Online Booking tool, online banking, and online payments of Loans and Annual Dues will remain available during this time.

DVC DISCOUNTS: Check with a Cast Member to see about the availability of discounts for July 4. Membership Extras are subject to availability and block-out dates may apply. However, DVC does not list those days anymore. Specifically, check when dining out.

TABLES IN WONDERLAND: All restaurant discounts and the free valet parking with this card are blocked-out on July 4, 2019.

POOL HOPPING: Pool hopping privileges are suspended from June 30 – July 6, 2019.  During this period, members may only utilize pools located at the resort where they have a confirmed DVC points reservation.
